	Since Windows XP there is a built in firewall. With this option (and administrator rights) an exception can be inserted into this firewall. You don't need this, if you don't have admin rights or no problems with firewall.

	So this means that it will not ask the user to allow firewall exception ? But will automatically create one ?

	Exactly - but only if you start PhonerLite with full admin privileges.
