Hallo, 
It possible set automatic record of all outgoing calls and set own name of the saved file (dd_mm_yyyy_hh_mm_ss)?

No, the name can not be configured. You can right click the cassette icon and choose "automatic recording". But every time you start Phoner, you have to activate this again. If that option is set, ALL calls will be recorded - incoming and outgoing.
