And one more thing usb -phone works GREAT on xp, but fails on win7. It says VOIP-PHONE on the screen, as if softphone is not running. But program does see it as input and output sound device. Could you help me please? Maybe I'm doing something wrong? Or maybe it's because my win7 is russian?

What USB phone are you using? Are you using the latest version of PhonerLite? Do you really have selected the sound devices explicitly? If you are using "Default" sound device in PhonerLite, it won't work.

Are you using Win7 in 32 or 64 bit version? I will check that soon - I have to search for that device somewhere in the basement.

OK, I checked that now here too. First try after plug the device was NOT successful. The device names are different. After reboot my Win7 it works as expected. When selecting the capturing device in PhonerLite (2- USB Audio Device) it works. Before the reboot the device name was different - sorry forgot the name.
Can you please check if it the same for you?

So, i did what you said, but it didn't work. (
Situation is the same. Looks like it's because of my windows's language. I want to solve this problem veeeery veeeeery much, so if I can possibly help you somehow, just let me know.

And one more thing. there are unused buttons on the phone, is it possible to bind them to some actions? For example, "redial" would dial last called number, and "flash" would transfer active call? If it is possible, that would be just perfect.

Thank you again.

Yes, there might be a name problem because of the Russian language. Please download the test application and send me the output (can be saved). Then I need the name of the sound device (capture) shown in PhonerLite (right click on microphone button). Normally there should be a match of the names: sound device name and HID device name.

In PhonerLite capture (mic) device is called "Микрофон (USB Audio Device)" or "Микрофон (2- USB Audio Device)" depending on which port it's connected to.

OK, the names are no problem. Did you installed (extracted) the ZIP file or the Setup version from www.phonerlite.de? The DLL files "USBphone.dll" and "P1K.dll" are available too in the PhonerLite directory? I don't know why it doesn't work at your side. Sorry.

Yes, I installed version from your site.
Programs like Zoiper hook the phone on win7, so i don't know what's the problem. I can try to install Phoner on english or german win7 on VM and test the phone if you're interested. maybe we could find a way to solve this.

Do you have other applications running at the same time that access that USB device? Please ensure that PhonerLite is the only application that wants to access that phone.
My question again: The DLLs I mentioned in my last post are available in your PhonerLite directory? Please check if these DLLs are the same as in the latest ZIP from www.phonerlite.de.

Yes, i do have those dll's. And yes, Phoner is the only application, trying to access the phone.
Maybe it's because device named diffirent? ("USB Audio Device" in XP and "Микрофон (USB Audio Device)" in win7? Or it is doesn't matter?

Or maybe you could make some kind of function to allow force-hook the phone, if it's not connected automaticly?

*update*
After a few hours messing with VMs i found out that this problem seems to exist on my PC only. Undecided On freshly installed win7, english or russian, everything works fine. I'll test it on other win7 machines and will let you know if that problem will pop up again.

Thank you for your time. Roll Eyes
