Phoner is great!

47: resources unavailable, unspecified

When I load the newly installed Phoner, I get the message "47; resources unavailable, unspecified" in the status toolbar.
My OP is Windows XP Pro.
What does this msg mean, what is missing and what can I do against it?

Do you have configured Phoner to run in SIP mode? Do you have configured a proper SIP server?
