How to set DTMF inband mode only?

Hello!
Thanks for the software!
How to set DTMF inband mode only? What 's the string parameter, .ini file to make or edit?
How to set RFC2833 only or SIP-Info only?
Because some operators can not transmit or receive some formats of DTMF, and You know about transits.

Are you using PhonerLite?
You can't configure the mode. If the remote party tells about support of RFC2833, that mode will be used. If remote party doesn't support it, there are two possibilities:
  • G.711 codec is negotiated AND the Option "SendOptionalInbandDTMF" is enabled (default is on), the DTMFs will be generated as inband tone.
  • else: SIP INFO

I use both programs and know about modify or combine sets of configuration in .ini files.
Some programs and hardwares lets to set 1 only or 2 or Auto DTMF mode. Often if You call to IVR of some operator (not all) or to IVR of client of another operator, this IVR can't understand DTMF. Because You set RFC2833 (AVT) or SIP-Info or both (both is bad idea - possible numeral doubling) or Auto (If Your operator understand RFC2833 or SIP-Info - the inband will not support and will use only RFC2833 or SIP-Info for all operators), but  in some situations remote IVR understands the inband DTMF mode only, especially if there are some transit operator(s) used, but some operators support Inband DTMF mode only for incoming calls.
I don't see "SendOptionalInbandDTMF" in GUI's of both programs or in any ini files. I must to make this parameter in some .ini file? In what section's name? Set SendOptionalInbandDTMF=1 for Inband mode only, and it's enough?

If the remote party doesn't support RFC2833, it should not tell so.
No, you didn't understand. If remote party tells about supporting RFC2833 it will be used. There is no option to disable this.
Only if remote party doesn't support RFC2833 the two possibilities are available. The mentioned key can not be set by GUI. It is enabled by default. So if you want to force SIP INFO, you have to put the line "SendOptionalInbandDTMF=0" in the file "sipper.ini" within the section of your used profile.

If the first (not final) link's remote party operator tells about supporting RFC2833 but it's not final operator in current call's links, what's to do?
Need sometimes to set: use only Inband DTMF mode for this situations (I know about use G711 only for quality of Inband DTMF).

If you want to force inband DTMF, you can use Phoner instead of PhonerLite. In CAPI settings of Phoner there is an option called "own DTMF". If you enable this, no RFC2833 or SIP INFO us used.
