Hello,

With a SIP account, how I can configure Phoner v. 3.04 for to automatically place a 0 before the number to dial, like a prefix?

Take a look at the menu: Options/Communications/ISDN.
Phoner is a classic ISDN application - SIP runs as an ISDN emulation here. So some typical ISDN settings are used for SIP too.

OK. At this above dialog is an index page called "location". There you can configure an additional prefix to get an outside line.
