Hello!
There is a problem when working on the TLS protocol after the Internet disappears. PhonerLite changes TLS port.

Environment: Windows 10 x64, PhonerLite 3.03, and older versions.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Register SIP account via TLS protocol on port 5071.
2. Disconnect the Internet connection for 30 seconds.
3. Look at the TLS port of the connection.

Actual Results:
TLS port has changed to another 5070 when it must be 5071.

Expected Results:
TLS port hasn't changed.

Screenshots:
Register to TLS port 5071

After the Internet connection fails PhonerLite tries to connect to another TLS port 5070:

Summary, Registration of SIP account had been failed:

If TLS fails there is a fallback to TCP/UDP. If you don't want that, just right click into that selection of transport - a context menu appears and you can set there "connection type is fixed". After you save the configuration, there will be no fallback anymore.
