Hello!
I have a problem with displaying a long name received over the SIP protocol

In the PBX call log, this is displayed in full:

Using the SIP protocol, it is also sent to the softphone completely:

But in the softphone itself, the caller's name is cut off:

You can show and hide the debug window in PhonerLite via the help menu. You can see the complete message exchange as text. You should see an INVITE message containing that long name. Can you please copy&paste that message (not the complete log!) here or send it to me by e-mail?
I assume that UTF-8 encoding needs too much bytes and the name is cut.

OK, that name is coming from the "Display" field in "From" header. Internally PhonerLite only supports 64 bytes for it. UTF-8 encoding may lead to shorter number of characters due multi byte encoding. 
To be honest: So long names always have a problem. I don't want to enlarge window size to display such long names. I hope you can live with that.

It's very sad... We really need it very much... Maybe, as an option, make two installers of the program, one with long names, the second ordinary (for those who do not want to take risks). Please

Sorry, but that would change the interface of my DLL and the GUI itself (incoming call dialog). I don't like to change that.
I hope you will find another solution.

But when such a contact is in the program directory (internal directory or Google Contacts), then it is displayed in the program completely, without cropping. The problem is when the name is transmitted from the PBX itself

But you see, that the incoming call dialog (lower right corner in your image) is not large enough to show that very long information. I mean exactly that - I won't change it.

I enhanced that scripting capability a bit and wait for some feedback. I hope the final version will be available at the end of the week.
