Hi!

My incomming calls drops after exactly 20 seconds. I have no problems with outgoing.

I am using telefonica voip. Configuration from the manufacturer is:

SIP server/Domain: telefonica.net:5060
Outbound proxy: 10.31.255.134:5070
Use auth id: Yes
Auth ID/User: phone number
Password: phone number
SIP Transport: UDP

I attached debug log and config.

Thanks!!

Why did you configure this IP address (10.31.255.134) as proxy? It seems that at this address another PhonerLite application handles the SIP messages. That doesn't make sense!
If you want to register at your provider, you should enter the domain at "Proxy/Registrar" - not the IP address of another SIP client.

Hi! Thanks for your answer! I am using 10.31.255.134 as proxy because my provider (Telefonica) needs this configuration and its works perfectly except for incoming calls, witch drops after 21 seconds, but I can perform outgoing calls without problems.
I dont know why it drops after 21 seconds!

The problem is, that that proxy doesn't sent ACK mesages. That is needed for the incoming call. PhonerLite doesn't get an ACK for the sent "200 OK".
I have no experience with that proxy you are using.

Thanks for your answer. I am afraid there is no solution then. This proxy is from Telefonica, witch has 11 million clients connected through it in Spain.

I tested MicroSIP and I did not have any problem. Incoming and outgoing calls work perfectly. The problem is I like more PhonerLite Grin

Try to disable the "GRUU" option at Configuration/Network and save. Maybe that proxy doesn't understand that.
