I'm having trouble using Phonerlite 3.17 with VoIP.ms call encryption.

It works okay with UDP on port 5060, with SRTP off. 
It registers as secure with TLS on port 5061 with SRTP on, when Encrypted SIP Traffic is set to YES in the subaccount panel, but it cannot make or receive calls. 

The Configuration settings and the Debug log are found here.

I'm grateful for any help.

Do should activate the "SAVP" switch in PhonerLite too.

Thank you. I activated SAVP, saved the config and restarted the app. It makes no difference.

There is a dial tone when I click on Connect, but when I enter 4443 to call the echo test (works well on my other VoIP.ms phones), there is no result.

I updated the log file in the Dropbox with this test, if it is of any help. The connect request started at 7:37:

I also uploaded an image showing the registration port at VoIP.ms: 60381.

When I try inbound calls to the VoIP.ms extension of Phonerlite, I get a fast busy signal. The app does not respond.

That combobox "SRTP" at configuration/codecs page has a context menu. Can you uncheck that "Unencrypted SRTCP" and save?
If other clients work without problems - do you have the possibility to see such debug output there? We can compare the messages.

Removed check on Unencrypted RTCP. 
MediaSec is still checked. 
Unauthenticated RTP is still unchecked.

Outbound is now working, including to 4443 echo test, Google voice line, DID line, and internal extension.
Inbound is still not working. Rapid busy signal heard on calling phone.

In the dropbox, I posted the updated Log file after an app restart and attempted inbound call. 

Sorry, one other secure device is hardware ATA that does not have call log files. 
Other secure working device is Huawei Mediapad running Grandstream Wave softphone v 1.0.3.34 (which app cannot be updated) and the location of the syslog file cannot be found.
Remaining working devices are Groundwire softphones for which SRTP encryption was not purchased.

Open the debug page within PhonerLite and clear the content (pressing Del key or via context menu). Then do a an inbound call. Do you see any output when the call should come in?

Thanks once again for persisting with me.

Yes, I did get an entry in the Debug log, and updated the file in the dropbox in the same location.

This was from an inbound call from Google Voice. I tried an inbound call from another VoIP.ms extension with a similar result.

There is no ringing in Phonerlite, and when I press Connect I get a dial tone, not answering the inbound call.

The call is rejected because the called "number" doesn't match completely your own configured one.
Take a look at the "user" page at configuration. There is a checkbox right beside the field for "username". Uncheck that option and save.
