How to change + on 00

Hello,

I have a problem, namely I use phonerlite to call from the site, on this site 99% of the numbers have + at the beginning, not 00 (for example +49, +48)
Our telephone company does not support area codes with +, it must be 00 (for example 0049, 0048)
Is it possible to set it up in Phonerlite so that I don't have to copy these numbers to it, but it automatically converts them ?

There is no such conversion in PhonerLite. German SIP providers support (and require) to dial such numbers in international format with "+".

I uploaded a new beta version of PhonerLite. There is a new option at the user page below "configuration". Enable that option and save.

Forget that old Phoner. There is no futher development for that 
In PhonerLite open Configuration/User.
