Excuse me,
Is anyone aware of a way to fix this issue:
It is still feasible to hold conferences with many participants since upgrading to Windows 11 (new board needed, the rest are still there), but the sound quality makes it impossible for other participants to be heard. Prior versions of Windows and older motherboards did not have this problem.

Are you using the same PhonerLite version and the identical settings as  before?
You host the conference locally in PhonerLite? How many participants are you using?
I don't know of a Windows 11 specific limitation? Do you use the same network (LAN vs WLAN)?
