Hey! The company I work for has a problem with the PhonerLite, where the sound that's coming from the client's (different clients so I doubt it's a problem on their side) voice quality is terrible, it sounds chopped. I doubt that it's a network issue either since clients can hear employees clearly without any choppy sound.
So far I've tried:
  • Changing protocol from UDP to TCP

  • Unticking QoS

  • Pretty much closing every application apart from Phoner to exclude low memory problem

Any help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated

Please check if different codes for in and out are used. If the call is active, take a look at the "codecs" column in the main window.
