Call transfer issue on one specific PC — no audio

Hello everyone,
I’m new here and hoping someone might have seen this issue before.

On one of our computers we’re having a strange problem with call transfers. When we transfer a call from that specific machine to another user, the caller and the receiving user cannot hear each other at all. If we do the exact same transfer from any other computer, everything works normally.

W tested logging in with the same user account on a different machine, and the transfer works fine there too — so it seems like the problem is tied to this one computer. We’ve already tried reinstalling the program (even different versions), but the issue remains.

Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what might cause this kind of behavior on just one machine?

The call itself is transferred successfully? Both parties still see that the call is connected? Just no audio is exchanged?
The transfer is initiated by PhonerLite - or the destination is PhonerLite?
