Phoner automatically disconnects after a few minut

Hi everyone,

I'm new to Phoner and have been testing it for VoIP calls. Everything works fine at first, but I've noticed that if I leave the application idle for several minutes, it seems to disconnect from the SIP server. As a result, I can't receive incoming calls until I manually reconnect.

I've already checked my internet connection and tried disabling Windows power-saving features, but the issue still occurs.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there a keep-alive setting or SIP registration option in Phoner that I should adjust to maintain a stable connection?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Do you really use "Phoner"? That software got no further development since years. 
PhonerLite instead is active developed by me. If you are using PhonerLite in newest version (3.39 or 3.40beta), I need to see debug log.You can enable showing that log in help menu of PhonerLite. So enable that and restart PhonerLite and do exactly only one call (that should be disconnected as you say). After the disconnect, copy the content of the debug window and send it to me by email (NOT here in forum). I can tell you more then.
