Phoner hängt sich beim auflegen auf

Hallo,

ich teste gerade die Phoner Version 1.81 zusammen mit einer Fritz-PCI-Karte. Wenn ich über CAPI eine Verbindung aufbaue funktioniert dies auch, die Verbindung kommt zustande. Wenn ich dann aber auflege (Icon der Menü) hängt sich der Phoner auf und kann nur noch über den Taskmanager beendet werden. Im Taskmanager ist keine Aktivität des Phoners mehr zu erkennen (keine Rückmeldung)

was mache ich falsch?

Hallo Tom,

bitte sehe in Deinem Phonerverzeichnis nach, ob es dort die Datei freeze.log gibt. Diese wird bei erkanntem Programmabsturz erstellt und enthält die letzten Befehle.
Anderenfalls aktiviere im neugestarteten Phoner unter Fenster - Debug - Phoner und - Capi die Option "automatisch in Datei schreiben. Provoziere dann den genannten Absturz und poste uns die phonerdebug.tx und capidebug.txt.

ist Deine FritzCard PCI direkt mit einem S0-Bus des NTBA verbunden, oder ist noch eine Telefonanlage dazwischen geschaltet? (Siehe auch: hier.)

Hallo Kai,

die Fritzcard PCI hängt am internen S0 einer Euracom. 

Das gleiche Phänomen tritt aber auch direkt am NTBA und bei einem VOIP-Gespräch über sipgate auf.

Phoner Version 1.81
Windows XP SP2
ASUS-Board P5GDCV-Deluxe, Intel 2,3GHz, 2GB RAM
Sound on Board

ich habe lediglich zwei Ansätze, die ich zur Hilfestellung in diesem Fall anbieten kann:

Probiere bitte einmal, die CAPI Deiner Fritzcard!PCI in der aktuellsten Version hier herunterzuladen und zu installieren.

Sollte danach keine Besserung des Verhaltens bei Phoner zu beobachten sein, mache bitte einmal folgenden Test:

Lade Dir bitte die aktuellste ZIP-Version von Phoner hier herunter, und entpacke das Archiv auf Deinem Desktop. Starte Phoner einmal von diesem Ort aus, und probiere einmal, ob sich der Fehler reproduzieren läßt, wenn Du mit einem Phoner ohne vorher vorgenommene Einstellung telefonierst.

Melde Dich dann bitte einfach mit den Ergebnissen.

Hallo Kai,

hat leider etwas länger gedauert bis ich Zeit zum testen hatte.

Habe aktuelle CAPI installiert, Phoner als ZIP heruntergeladen und in eigenem Verzeichnis entpackt

Ergebnis: Verbindung wird problemlos aufgebaut, beim Beenden der Verbindung hängt sich der Phoner auf
Die Verbindung scheint bestehen zu bleiben, bis man den Phoner im Taskmanager beendet

Hast Du noch einen Tip?

Hallo Tom, hallo Kai,

aus dem Logbuch konnte ich keine Ursache herauslesen, möglicherweise gibt die freeze.log Aufschluß, diese kann man jedoch nur interpretieren, wenn mn den genauen Ablauf kennt. Ich lese darin nur, dass die letzte Funktion in der kernel32.dll ablief.

Einen Tip kann ich Dir leider nicht geben, sorry.

greifen bei Dir ausser Phoner vielleicht noch weitere Anwendungen auf die CAPI zu, vielleicht ein SoftFax oder eine Net- bzw. RemoteCAPI?

Es sieht so aus, als ob das problem mit deiner Soundkarte zusammenhängt. Eine Lösung kann ich die leider nicht nennen.
Du kannst lediglich mal die Soundkarte unter Optionen/Sound komplett deaktivieren. Das nützt natürlich nichts, jedoch könntest du so probieren, ob das Auflegenproblem dann immer noch besteht.

Hallo Heiko,

hat leider etwas länger gedauert bis ich wieder ins Forum geschaut habe.

Habe nochmals getestet, sowohl mit 1.81 als auch mit 1.82 beta

Bei beiden Versionen tritt das Problem nicht auf, wenn man das Mikrofon deaktiviert.

Was kann ich da machen?

Bedeutet das, dass du das Mikro aktivieren kannst und dann beim Deaktivieren der Fehler auftritt? Das Ganze also ohne Verbindung?
