I'm using Phoner and a VB6 application to control it.  If I accept an incoming call, and send TTS to it, and another call comes in on another line, Phoner rejects the call if TTS is playing.  If TTS is not playing, it can answer the call, but the TTS audio is heard by both lines.  In my code, I am using SendTTS (callid, "the message").  Specifying the callid does not seem to help because, like I said, the audio from TTS is heard on both lines.

What I'm trying to do is send different TTS to different lines.
