When I try to make a call, I can hear the other end perfectly, but they cannot hear me.  Similarly, when I receive a call, I can hear them, but I remain inaudible.  

I read the 'Gegenüber kann mich nicht hören' thread, but my German is not too good.  I tried deactivating the QoS, with no effect.  My Firewall registers an exception for a Voip softphone.  I am new to Voip, and Phonerlite.

Did you select the capture sound device in PhonerLite? Just right click on the microphone button in PhonerLite.
Can you use your microphone with other software?
