Hi,

I am using bluetooth headset that is not always connected.
Run into a few issues so far:
- if Phoner was started when BT headset is disconnected,
Phoner doesn't show BT headset in the list of sound devices even when BT is connected later (you need to restart Phoner);
- there is no way to switch sound device during the call
(e.g. if I pickup phone using default sound device, I cannot switch to the BT headset during the call; if I make a call using BT and BT loses connection, I cannot continue call using different sound device).

Are the any workarounds?
Or should I post a feature request?
