	Hello, Please kindly assist with the following issue: if during the conversation another call incomes, the speakerphone on USB-P4K switches on automatically and the speaker cannot switch it off. This trouble was detected on 7 computers with WinXP and 7 different USB-P4K phones. Thanks a lot in advance!

	I am using an external DLL from the manufacturer. I can't control any speakerphone from the application for this device. You can disable call waiting to avoid that problem. Any additional caller will get busy then.
