beeps during calling

Sometimes i hear beeps during calling.
It sounds like someone is pressing a number key on the phone.
I have no idea why this happens, nobody is pressing something.
Anyone have an idea what's causing the beeps?

Are you sure that no additional call is coming in?
Tones are only generated if any DTMF is sent or received.
