Does Phonerlite update automatically update all the exe, dlls etc AND
1)update the sipper.ini, phonerlite.ini with any new options 
without loosing the already set up option ?
2)Leaves any other file intact ?

You can download "PhonerLite.zip" too. This ZIP file contains the same files as the "PhonerLiteSetup.exe". No configuration files are included - so nothing can be overwritten. If you update to a newer version, all your settings will remain.
