Audio loop when trying to transfer calls

Thanks for the great work on PhonerLite. Having some trouble transferring calls. I end up with hearing a continuous loop of audio around 0.5 seconds in length from the microphone of the user trying to transfer the calls.

Steps to reproduce:
1) First call is answered
2) Initiate second call to other user
3) Other user answers - active call is now the bottom (2nd call)
4) Drag the bottom call and drop over the top (1st) call
5) No call is transferred and user trying to transfer hears audio loop

The only way we could get a working transfer was to hold the mouse down on the 1st call for it to become active for a brief second, then drag down onto the person we're transferring to.

Have you come across this issue before?

Are you using the latest version of PhonerLite?
Normally the user should be set to hold and afterwards PhonerLite is out of the call.
Do you have the same problem when just set a user to hold?

Yes on the latest version and still having problems transferring calls. If the wrong call is dragged onto the other, get audio loops and loose the call.

Even if we don't get the audio loop, the call doesn't get transferred and the person transferring the call ends up stuck on the phone to the person they're transferring to.

No problems using the hold feature - the caller hears hold music.

It seems your PhonerLite instances call each other directly. I assume you have enabled "Multicast DNS". If you call such found neighbor no PBX is involved and therefore no transfer is possible.

We've just disabled Multicast DNS on the two PhonerLite instances and tried transferring an external call again - same issue.

Sorry, but I can't reproduce the problem here.
In the menu help/debug you can hide or show the debug window. Can you please send me the content of that window after transfer? Please send it by e-mail - not here in the forum.
I assume that your SIP server (PBX?) doesn't support transfer by this SIP method called REFER.
