Phoner is great!

I don't hear the clients

Hello,

Phoner seems to work Ok, but when the call is in (I see the name of the client, etc on the screen of the programm I use), I can't hear the client. I tried restarting it, my headphones work. The only change is that since I worked last time I was in a different country with different time. The Internet conexion is good.

Could somebody please help?? Thank you.

If you don't hear anything and in actual call list you see only "in:--", then no audio packets arrive at Phoner(Lite). Maybe there is a problem with a firewall or with NAT? Are you using a local PBX or do you register directly at a SIP provider in Internet? Do you have configured a STUN server in Phoner(Lite)?
