I have several profiles, so an addition to the other start PARAMs 
to override the default profile in sippper.ini:

Phonerlite.txt Profile=MyProfile
Phonerlite.txt "Profile=My Profile"

and if MyProfile is unknown then just use the default from sipper.ini as normal.
