Hello, we are using the PhonerLite program and we have a problem with spam. Sometimes spam starts ringing on one computer in the office, and there are a lot of calls. It really interferes with the work. Perhaps you know how to deal with this? Cry

That IP address you see in the picture is the address of your PBX? 
Do you use a local PBX at all? If you are connected to a service in the Internet nobody should contact you directly without a port forwarding in your router. 
I want to check - what instance should filter such calls.
