Good day. We encountered a problem: on one computer, when transferring a call to another user, the caller and the user receiving the call do not hear each other. When transferring from another computer, everything works fine. We tried to log in on another computer under the user from whom calls were not transferred - everything works, for some reason calls are not transferred from a certain machine. What could be the problem? We installed different versions of the program, at the moment the latest version is installed. A complete reinstallation does not help.

In help menu you can activate the debug window - do that. clear the content by pressing Del key or via context menu in that debug view page.
Then do that calls and transfer. Copy the content of the debug window and send it to me by e-mail (NOT here in forum). If you can do the same on the machine where it is working would be great. I can compare the both logs then and tell whats different.
