I just installed Phoner and it seems to be great but I can't hear anything. I have got a eicon diva 2.01 , I can speak but the palyback does not work.
any suggestion ?

Hello Salva,

after having dialed and trying to voip, you should see agreed codecs for that particular call.

Could you tell us what you can see behind IN: and behind OUT: ?

in which mode do you have a problem ?
TAPI, CAPI or SIP

Bernd assumes in SIP-mode.
Is that correct ?
What's the name of your SIP-provider, where do you have a SIP-account ?
How fast ist your broadband connection ?

What is meant by "I have got a eicon diva 2.01" ?
Are you able to make a screen-shot and link the picture here in the thread ?

Hello all,

The Diva Card from Eicon (link goes to Diva  ISDN PCI 2.02) is a professional ISDN-Card. Nevertheless, the problem sounds like a well-known SIP-problem, but as far as i know, it's only the Diva Server Series, that deals with VoIP.

@Salva
Please describe your problem a little bit further, because sound problems are not common in ISDN-(CAPI-)Mode. Can you hear the signals from phoner (Options - Voices), e.g. after having dialed? I suggest the output of sound (soundcard, windows settings) works fine?

In addition to that, you may post us your debug-log (Window - Debug), which makes us able to see, what was going on, when the problem occurs.
