phoner and asterisk

Hello, I apologize to write in english. I hope it is allowed in this forum. I try phoner with my asterisk.
In the past, with older version I had not protocol problem but the sound quality was not very good.
Now, with recent versions, I had very good sound quality, but I have a problem with incoming calls: very often the caller have busy tone from astersik, but the called (phoner) is free and also it is asking if answer to the incoming call !
I tried any possible setting with asterisk and with phoner. Sometimes (rarely)everythings  works correctly, but I don't understand why.

English postings are welcome!
I am testing a lot with Asterisk and got no problem so far.
Is the call signalled to Phoner and rejected with busy or does Asterisk block the call itself? The last case can occur when Phoner isn't registered any more. Can you take a look, if Phoner is registered when such a call is rejected? At the Asterisk console you can list all registered SIP peers.

No, the call is signalled to Phoner and rejected with busy . The registration is active for asterisk.  When i start phoner, usually the firsts calls are ok; after some minutes , calls start to be rejected.

I made many tests. The problem seems connected to parameter qualify=yes on asterisk extension. With qualify=no seems ok.

Do you need this "qualify=yes" option?

qualify=yes is very useful. Asterisk can monitor the status of the extension. Operators tools (for example Flash Operator Panel) shows the extension as off line and so, for example, the operator will not try to transfer the call .

Ich bin nicht der Asterisk Experte. Wo genau muss ich dieses Flag setzen? In der sip.conf?

Sorry, I don't undertstand deutch language. Maybe are you asking if this setting is in sip.conf ?
In this case: Yes, I include in sip.con, for each extension I want to monitor, qualify=yes.
This is a part of my sip.conf; 222 is an extension working with phoner, 207 is working with x-lite softphone. They just differs for qualify parameter. On operator panel I can know when 207 is off, not 222.

---- cut and paste from sip.conf -----

[207]
username=207
type=friend
secret=xyz
record_out=Adhoc
record_in=Adhoc
qualify=yes
port=5060
nat=no
mailbox=207@device
host=dynamic
dtmfmode=rfc2833
context=from-internal
canreinvite=no
callerid=device <207>

[222]
username=222
type=friend
secret=xyz
record_out=Adhoc
record_in=Adhoc
qualify=no
port=5060
nat=never
mailbox=222@device
host=dynamic
dtmfmode=rfc2833
context=from-internal
canreinvite=no
callerid=device <222>

Oops. Sorry that I answered in German.
I tried to set this flag in sip.conf for a special extension and nothing wrong happened. What version of Asterisk do I need?
