	I think this has been raised before, but I cannot find the thread to breathe fresh life into it. Every now and then, with no immediately obvious cause, PhonerLite suddenly grabs all the Kernel cycles, and does not allow anything else to operate. The PC appears to have seized up, but eventually does respond to Ctrl-Alt-Del which is the only way to dislodge PhonerLite. Once that program has gone, the PC is back to normal without the need for a reboot. Can we investigate, please? Many thanks

	Can you please tell me what version of PhonerLite and what Windows version you are using. In what situation this problem occur? During a call?
