Hello!  This is my first post here in the Phoner Phorums.  I am trying to get Phoner to work the way I want with our Asterisk system.

For us to access our voicemail boxes, we need to push the 1 key, or 2 key, etc.  For this to work, Phoner needs to send a tone, which it doesn't seem to do.  Is there a configuration for this, or is it just absent?

Are you using Phoner or PhonerLite? PhonerLite is the SIP specialized version of Phoner.
Both support sending DTMFs. If you are using Phoner, please take a look at Options/Communications/CAPI - there is an option called "own DTMF". Please deactivate this option.
Do you have ZRTP activated? This may confuse Asterisk, so please deactivate this temporarily (Options/Communications/SIP).

Mr. Sommerfeldt, thank you!  The DTMF option in CAPI did the trick!

I know.  I am trying out both, because there are some things I like better about Phoner than PhonerLite.  I like the Answering Machine, and I like being able to record phone calls.  However, with PhonerLite, I like the autoanswer button, and I like the docked log book with the little toggle button.  I also like PhonerLite because its window will shrink down more.  However, the buttons look cleaner on Phoner.

PhonerLite can record calls too. Just right click an active call...
