Use drag&drop of the active call over the held one.

Opps! that did not work..... for me Sad

Scenario:
1. Got an call from outside network...
2. Answered the call and put it on hold (INACTIVE)
3. Dialed an internal extension....got connected (ACTIVE)
4. Tried to drag the ACTIVE over INACTIVE.... no result....

Any alternate?

There seem to be another problem: "in:---,out:A-Law"
You don't get any data? You don't hear the remote party? Is there any NAT between your PC and Asterisk? What version of Phoner are you using?

yes we do get data. we can hear the remote party....
there is no NAT between my PC and Asterisk

Phoner version is 2.70.

When an external call comes my phoner then in:u-Law, out:u-Law.
When i dial the internal extension, then in:A-Law, out:A-Law.

Incoming call is from PSTN while the internal extensions are on VoIP on local subnet

You have to look at your Asterisk's error log.
What version of Phoner are you using?
PhonerLite is more specialized for VoIP that Phoner.
