I would like to be able to monitor multiple extensions simultaneously.  So if a call comes in on extension 201, I can answer it - or if a call comes in on extension 301 I can answer that, etc.

It is a good thing you mentioned this.  Phonerlite has various accounts, but only one is active at at time.
It would be a great addition to a great softphone!

Sorry, but PhonerLite (and Phoner too) only support one active account.
Phoner and PhonerLite are just hobby projects of mine and I don't need multiple accounts simultaneously. I have a router at home that supports VoIP - it is like a small PBX. That router supports multiple accounts and you can configure how to distribute the calls. PhonerLite needs just one account to register at this router and all calls (from what external account doesn't matter) will be signaled.
