hi, i am having issue with call getting stuck, customer can here me i can not here the customer i can not even disconnect the call, the only solution is to exit the phonerlite and open again. I enabled the debugging but if i exit the phonerlite i can not see what happened in the debug file because it starts a new debug file after exiting the phonerlite, so is there a way to save the debug file so even if i exit the phonerlite i can still see the debug file what happened. Are you using the latest version (2.93) of PhonerLite?

i tried that also but same issue. tried version 2.84 same issue, i will try now with version 2.81 and see what happens

I assume a problem with the sound drivers - but I can't really tell you. I can't reproduce this problem here - so I don't know what I can do right now.

its not only one computer, i have like 5 computers that have problems, sometimes i hear my voice echo but can not hear customer. not sure why the phonerlite get stuck

I don't know how I can help you right now. As long as I can't reproduce the error, I don't know whats wrong.

i have this error messages:
DEBUG[5238] threadpool.c: Worker thread idle timeout reached. Dying
and 
Contact 187/sip:187@serverip:52195;rinstance=d75f60532ff2c3de status didn’t change: Reachable, RTT: 212.294 (THE STATUS DIDNT’ CHANGE… I RECEIVED FOR TRUNKS AND ALL OF THE EXTENSIONS).
but i am thinking why the application gets frozen.  can you do something to save the debug to a file automatically so we can investigate.

This doesn't help me. In my source code there is no "threadpool.c". Debug log shows sent and received messages only. That won't help for such freeze errors.

In that case the application can still be controlled? Then you should sent me the content of the debug window in that state. You should sent that by e-mail and not here in forum!
