	When a call initiated by PhonerLite receives a REFER from MicroSIP, it responds with an ACCEPTED message and correctly initiates a new call but it doesn't generate a NOTIFY (as required by RFC3515). This seems to result in MicroSIP failing to release the initial call properly. RFC4488 allows the NOTIFY to be omitted if the REFER includes a refer-sub header - but this wasn't seen in my scenario.

	PhonerLite supports REFER only in client mode. PhonerLite doesn't support to receive a transfer request. You need a server in between to support such transfer that handles such REFER.
